Many law firms are transitioning into hybrid work (flexible working arrangements) permanently. But research indicates that success in the new working conditions is partly driven by psychological traits typically not found in the traditional law firm recruiting profile.
In this webinar, we will consider which traits may be of critical strategic value to supplement the traditional recruiting profile to ensure a good fit with the new working conditions.
In addition to a careful review of previous studies in the field, I will be drawing upon my own extensive research on law firms in remote mode in 2020.
