Do Law Firm Recruiting Profiles Need to be Updated for the New Working Llife?
March 31 @ 12:00 pm - 12:45 pm
Many law firms are transitioning into hybrid work (flexible working arrangements) permanently. But research indicates that success in the new working conditions is partly driven by psychological traits typically not found in the traditional law firm recruiting profile.
In this webinar, we will consider which traits may be of critical strategic value to supplement the traditional recruiting profile to ensure a good fit with the new working conditions.
In addition to a careful review of previous studies in the field, I will be drawing upon my own extensive research on law firms in remote mode in 2020.
This webinar is exclusive for HR and leaders in law firms who want to update their understanding of which psychological traits are critical in these new conditions. For those interested in updating their recruiting profile, an invitation to a research partnership will be extended.
Occupational Psychologist and independent researcher Jens Näsström (https://www.linkedin.com/in/jensnasstrom/) has trained and researched lawyers since 2005. In the past year, he has focused on exploring how the new working conditions are impacting law firms.
